Children & Young People
Improving confidence, communication, health & wellbeing
There are many challenges faced by young people these day, childhood is a time of huge physical and emotional change. Aswell as coping with the sheer volume of work for the school curriculum, young people have to negotiate friendships and relationships and all the insecurities that go with growing up. They desperately need to feel they belong and that they are accepted by their peers. On top of this they have to make decisions about their future at a time when they are probably feeling at their most unsure. It can be a time of high anxiety and low confidence as things move quickly in their lives and often expectations are high.
Coping with change
Building confidence, health & wellbeing
Coaching is particularly beneficial in helping young people to build up their confidence and self esteem. It helps them to take more personal responsibility and teaches effective strategies to manage situations. It also encourages good communication, better relationships with others, self respect and respect for others.
